Lightest Double Stroller
When looking for a lightweight double-stroller that folds, the size and weight are important aspects to take into consideration. When you are not using it, select one that is easy to handle and compact. This will make it easier to store in your car trunk, and also to navigate through airport gates and foreign roads.
The most lightweight strollers have an easy, light fold and self-standing mechanism that helps lessen the burden on parents' bodies. Many strollers have multiple seating configurations and some are able to accommodate infant car seats.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Designed for families on the move. Lightweight and easy to carry in one hand compact fold. The front suspension and all-terrain wheels and the multi-position reclining seats, can accommodate children weighing up to 50 pounds. The tray for parents and children and a large storage basket and a 3-tiered canopy with peekaboo window provide maximum sun protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a flimsy, hard plastic seat and a design that is dated. It is also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This is a bad option for those seeking an affordable option.
It's not the tiniest stroller, but it has enough features that it is worth considering. The swiveling wheels make it easy to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low, nearly knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push it with your legs dangling in the air like that and it's also not helping that it's not padded.
In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You have to slide the slider and then press a large white button. This can be frustrating if you are juggling children while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate a large diaper bag. It's a little narrow, though, and you'll likely have to put something in to reach the back to retrieve it. The Cloud has an adult and child tray with two cup holders each, but both are too narrow to hold larger cups or bottles.

It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key differences. It's also a little more expensive, but it also has more maneuverability and the largest sun canopy. It also comes with a handy carry strap and can hold kids up to 44 lbs per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with lots of features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 lbs but also has plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket as well as a parent storage compartment, and more. It can be converted from a baby stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and it's suitable for children ages six months and over.
Another thing to take note of about this stroller is that it has swivel wheels and doesn't have any locking capabilities which means it won't be the best option for rocky or sloping terrain. It's a great stroller for pavements, as well as other smooth surfaces, though it's an excellent choice for the majority of families.

Joovy X2 Kooper
The Kooper X2 double stroller is a great choice for parents looking for a light double stroller that can accommodate two children. The sling-style seats are comfortable and offer a similar amount of headroom. It also allows children to sit n stand double stroller together. In contrast to other strollers that are side-by-side, the Kooper X2 offers a fully reclined seat, which is a great option for napping. Its recline feature is easy to use, however it doesn't really go flat. Children who are taller may have a leg hanging when in reclined positions. It also has a big canopy that we found to be more effective at blocking the sun's rays than other strollers in our review of the top pushchairs double strollers.
The stroller is lightweight enough to to maneuver through door frames. This was a major issue with other strollers we tested. It folds up quickly and the handlebars are close to the ground, making it easy transportation. The only issue is its small storage space. When full of kids' stuff, it feels squeezed.
