However, I found that the X10 may get stuck on some thicker carpets, which can cause it to crash loudly over them, and sometimes pushing its front brush into the rugs.
It's a great robot remote vacuum cleaner and mop, but it's let down by the confusing application. In contrast to the iRobot app, which holds your hand through the process of setting up your robot and teaching you how to use it however, the Eufy Clean app leaves you to figure it out on your own. It's a great option for those who want to customize it.
