The TAVO is a great choice for parents looking to save money. However it's not the best option if you need a reversible or bassinet seat. It can only face only one way, and it doesn't have the capacity to allow for a car seat or other accessories like the bassinet stand and rain cover, cup holder or child snack tray. For those who want a little more than the MIXX Next is a better option since it can take all of these items.

It's considered to be a "modular stroller" or "convertible stroller" It comes with more than 20 different configurations to use with different seats, cots, and infant car seats (car adapters for seats are available separately).
The Cybex Gazelle is easy to move and light which makes it perfect for parents who love to explore. It has a large storage basket and many attachments to help parents carry their groceries or do light shopping. It's a bit more expensive than the other two in one prams, but it's definitely worth the investment because the quality and functionality are top-of-the-line.
This stroller has a one-pull harness to make secure your child's seat easy. It also features a sun canopy that has XXL removable panels as well as peek-a-boo windows. It also comes with a handy parent tray to hold drinks, snacks, and phone. The handlebar can be adjusted to suit the height of the parent and the brake can be easily accessed and safe for children to use.
Our mum tester Sophie from London used this stroller with her two girls aged 5 and 10 months. She found it very easy to maneuver and smooth on cobbled streets, even if the ground was slick. We wouldn't recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does have a great suspension to minimize bumps for the passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's hard to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a problem that's common with twin frame strollers, however Joovy offers a separate under-seat baby carrier bag that can help address this issue.
Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have an auto-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for the car storage and seat compatibility, but we would prefer an option with more versatility. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a benefit, however, as it lets parents put their infant car seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their requirements.
5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly for weight and folded size. It is the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored highly on maneuverability, an essential attribute for parents looking for a travel stroller that will fit into small spaces. The Delta is a basic stroller, lacking some features other strollers we tried offer like a big storage basket or a long recline. However, it's a great option for families with a limited budget and for those who need a secondary stroller for occasional use, like going to the zoo for a day.
The LX Side by Side is a light, compact stroller that is easy to turn and push. Its relatively small frame, swivel front wheels and padding for the shoulder pads ensure a smooth ride for your little ones. It is comfortable for passengers with a multi-position reclining seat and cup holder for parents.
It also has large canopy that is European style that provides shade from the sun as well as some protection against light winds. It also has two storage bags and a five-point harness for safety.
The Delta was put together in less than 3 minutes, which is the fastest time of all test groups. The manual is mediocre and the assembly doesn't require tools. It is among the lighter items in our test group. It can fold flat, making it easy to lift and carry. In our Strollers & Multiples test, we rated the ease and smoothness which each item can be pushed and turned open and closed safety harness, adjusted the brakes, opened and closed the storage basket, and then removed and installed an infant car seat.
