Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the performance of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.
For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb ability in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you reroll a purchased item, such as armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by an identical item however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. However, they don't keep the level of the original item and any resources wasted won't be compensated for.
The surviving players can acquire reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of a piece equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll their equipment in three attributes that include physical power, magical power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage caused by melee and weapons and spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give players an additional level of health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a better quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, stays on the spot until the next Success is rerolled. This helps you not waste upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of each preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they show a description and icon for the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.
This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade items weapons, armor and other accessories. These stones are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will display a menu showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is risk-free, and does not impact the longevity of the Best item upgrader. This is an excellent option for players who want to get an edge in battle, but don't want to strain their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.
The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for new players. There are a variety of ways to acquire these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets you increase the power of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will be upgraded to a higher level. The process will continue until the item is at its highest level.
Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to one item at a time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a specific amount of items to be used and an appropriate level for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On the right, an image of the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Once players have enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of the item will be increased by only a tiny amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum level, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. When an item is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an additional effect or bonus when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs, which can be removed and replaced at will.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats of armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item upgrader kit however, you'll generally require Dilithium as well as the number of Upgrade tokens.
Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them more effects or an improved item level. The upgrades can be acquired from a variety of sources within the game, including crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further enhance the stats of the item.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases defense base and gives an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire", however increases damage to weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get the perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
When you select an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will show an open window that displays the required requirements. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will put an Best item upgrader item upgrader mod upgrade (Metooo said) in your inventory when you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how far you are towards completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
