Location

The Armor Rune can be found in the Teal-Green Grass area, just under and east of the entrance to the Floaty Pillars area. It is guarded by the boss The Twins.

Properties

The armor rune has two effects: first, it prevents most knockback after being hit and second, it eliminates the stun after being hit, allowing Shin to damage tank more effectively.
